CalvinCALVIN is a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer.

“As a trainer, I see every client as an artist. Their fitness level is a canvas, every repetition is a brush stroke, every drop of sweat is a drop of paint. Consistency is the frame that holds it together. I’m determined to help every client of mine paint their own masterpiece, one repetition at a time.”

Dani CDANI C. is a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer.

“I believe confidence and discipline are two of the most important characteristics someone needs to achieve his or her fitness and life goals. My mission is to help build confidence and instill discipline in my clients through fitness so that they see results not only in the gym but also in their daily lives.”

Dani PDANI P., who holds a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, is an ACTION-certified personal trainer.

“Whether you’re starting fresh or striving for new goals, I’m here to create a workout plan tailored specifically to your needs, ensuring your path to success is effective and enjoyable.”

DeidraDEIDRA has an IMX Advanced Pilates Certification; is an Athletics and Fitness Association of America Certified Personal Trainer, an Aquatic Exercise Association Certified Aquatic Instructor and has completed a Training for Warriors certification. 

“My goal is to help you succeed in regaining your health. If your mind can believe, the body can achieve.”

EricERIC has a Bachelor’s degree; is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and is a Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Instructor. 

“My philosophy is to utilize functional training methods that are effective and time efficient. When you are physically active, motivated, challenged and emotionally stimulated, positive results are inevitable.”

 

isaacISAAC has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified TRX Suspension Trainer. 

“I love to empower my clients and help renew their enthusiasm and energy in the gym. Exercise should be challenging, but more importantly it should be effective and fun.”

JustinJUSTIN, who holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, is a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. 

“I am passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and live healthier lives – no matter their starting point. My approach is rooted in science, but it is driven by empathy. I believe fitness should be accessible, sustainable and empowering. Whether you are new to fitness, returning from an injury or looking to reach peak performance, my goal is to meet you where you are, guide you with purpose and support you every step of the way.”

KatieKATIE has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and is a Certified Pilates Instructor. 

“I think anyone can achieve good health and wellness; if you are dedicated and strive to reach your ultimate goal while utilizing all resources available.”

KeithKEITH is a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer.

kenKEN has a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the professional and collegiate level as well as in the private sector. 

“I talk with my clients about the science behind what they are doing to help them develop confidence in their training and in daily life.”

LeslieLESLIE has a Bachelor of Science degree; is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, an Athletics and Fitness Association of America Certified Group Fitness Instructor and is R.I.P.P.E.D. and Pilates/Yoga Certified. 

“My goal as a trainer is to push you to your potential. Exercise has a place in everyone’s life and the key is to find out when and where it fits.”

MattMATT is a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer.

PattyPATTY is an Aquatic Exercise Association Certified Fitness Instructor.

TracyTRACY has a Bachelor of Science degree; is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Golf Fitness Specialist. 

“My goal is to provide the highest standard of personal training for my clients. I will motivate, educate, set goals and develop a safe realistic and most importantly, a FUN workout. Life is better when we are happy. Exercise is more enjoyable if we have fun exercising; we will incorporate it as part of a healthy lifestyle. This makes us feel better and improves our self-image resulting in a happier life.”
