Fitness Pointe is a 76,000-square-foot health and fitness center that features the latest cardiovascular equipment. We also have complete strength training equipment; selectorized machine weights and a free weight area.

There is an indoor cushioned running/walking track; an exercise studio with shock-absorbing laminate floor and special sound system; a personal training studio; pilates studio; cycle alcove; and a rowing alcove. 

In the aquatics area, we offer a 25-yard lap pool for water fitness classes; a warm water therapy pool for special classes and rehabilitation; and a whirlpool.
