There are so many nice people I come in contact with as I do my job every day. Seeing so many people reach their health goals is inspiring. Both members and co-workers make up a great Fitness Pointe family.
It has been wonderful serving as the facilities Director since we opened in 1998. I’ve spent 35 years directing Medical Fitness facilities. Fitness Pointe is the best.


Nikki SarkisianNikki Sarkisian, Exercise Program Manager

I have been with Fitness Pointe since it opened in November, 1998 and have been in the fitness industry for 32 years. I oversee the Fitness Department.

Our staff at Fitness Pointe enjoys assisting members on their fitness journey. We have many resources available to our members, such as free fitness assessments, which include developing individualized programs for you; providing blood pressure readings anytime you request one; a wide variety of land and water group exercise classes, all of which are included in your membership; and one-on-one, or group, Personal Training services. We also have trained staff on our fitness floor ready to help and guide you with our wide variety of exercise equipment.

We know that you have fitness goals in mind. The mission for all of us at Fitness Pointe is to help you achieve those goals in a friendly, safe and encouraging environment.


Erica HeinErica J. Hein, Fitness Services Supervisor

I have had the privilege of working for Community Healthcare System since 1998. During those years, I served as an exercise physiologist treating and educating cardiac rehabilitation patients and their families. I also have taught group exercise classes at Fitness Pointe since it opened. In 2016, I accepted the position of Fitness Services Supervisor. As supervisor, I am responsible for leading the Exercise Instructors, who guide and motivate members as they exercise on the fitness floor, and our Leads, who oversee the daily activities, cleanliness and safety of the facility. Exercise Instructors connect with new members at least three times within the first three months of membership to encourage and motivate them to continue with their exercise program. It can take several weeks for a behavior change to become a habit and our experts are here to help you along the way. It is my goal to provide a clean, safe and encouraging environment for members to meet their health and fitness goals. I look forward to meeting you.


Alyssa DuncanAlyssa Kaplan, Member Relations Supervisor

I started working at Fitness Pointe in 2008 at the Front Desk, then moved into Membership a couple years later. I now serve as the Member Relations Supervisor overseeing Child Care, Front Desk and Membership. My goal in serving our members is to assure that everyone using the facility has a good experience from the start. I also make myself available to discuss any of our members’ comments or concerns. One of my main responsibilities is ensuring that our members draft payments run smoothly each month. I enjoy getting to know our members and staying connected with them.


Deb ParadisoDebora Paradiso, Personal Training Supervisor

I have been involved in the Fitness Industry for more than 25 years and have the pleasure of overseeing the Personal Training Department at Fitness Pointe. The Personal Trainers and I work as a team to deliver the highest quality services by selecting the best trainer for each client’s health and fitness goals. I love what I do; helping to guide our clients towards a healthier and happier lifestyle!


Kim TerpstraKim Terpstra, Group Exercise Supervisor

I have the privilege of serving as the Supervisor of our Group Exercise department. With more than 90 classes per week; we have something for everyone. Working at Fitness Pointe has allowed me to meet so many wonderful people, and I truly love helping individuals meet their wellness goals. It makes my day when someone tells me how much better they feel after spending time here at Fitness Pointe. I feel truly blessed to be part of a team that impacts lives and advances the Fitness Pointe mission daily.


Ann LeaderAnn Leader, Fitness Assessment and Program Support Supervisor

I started at Fitness Pointe as a college intern and liked it so much I applied for a job. I have worked here since 2003 in a variety of positions, from an Exercise Instructor and Lead to my current position as the Fitness Assessment and Program Support Supervisor. In this position I oversee the Exercise Specialists who conduct the various appointments offered through the Fitness Assessment department and design the facility support material you see posted in the building.
