Refer a Friend

If you know anyone who is interested in joining Fitness Pointe, simply print the Refer-A-Friend form, fill in your information and present it to the prospective member. They would then present the form when they complete membership paperwork. Once their new membership is activated you will both receive an automatic $10 credit to your Fitness Pointe membership accounts as a sign of our appreciation for recommending us to your friends.
