SpaPointe is a total body and hair care center, located on the ground floor of Community Hospital Fitness Pointe.
Although Fitness Pointe members enjoy the convenience of our high quality services and products, SpaPointe is also open to non-members.
We offer a variety of services to pamper you including haircuts and styles, nail care, massage, facials, specialty body treatments and wraps.
SpaPointe guests are automatically enrolled and begin earning points on their first visit. Points convert into money that may be used toward future products or services. Guests may redeem points from $1 to $25 at any time of purchase. If not redeemed, once $25 is attained, guests must choose to use the total amount that day toward a product or service purchase, receive a $25 SpaPointe gift card or donate their $25 loyalty points in the form of a SpaPointe gift card to the Cancer Resource Centre.
We want more guests like you so please share SpaPointe with your friends and family! For each new client that you send to SpaPointe, $10 will automatically go into your Loyalty Bank to be used toward future products and/or services. Just our way of saying "Thank you for being a Loyal SpaPointe guest!"
New Fitness Pointe members receive 50% (up to $30) off any new service on their first visit to SpaPointe.
Fitness Pointe members may receive 10% off SpaPointe products or entry into our loyalty program with their active membership as well as Member Exclusive service opportunities when offered.
Community Healthcare System employees receive 15% off all SpaPointe products!
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
While at SpaPointe, please refrain from using cell phones to enhance the comfort and enjoyment of all guests receiving services.
Please leave jewelry and other valuable belongings at home as we are not responsible for personal property.
We want all of our guests to be thrilled and completely satisfied with each experience. We guarantee our products and services when the following conditions exist:
A consultation with the technician and/or manager must be scheduled within 48 hours of the service in question.
Refunds may only be approved by management after attempts to obtain a satisfactory result have been performed by a SpaPointe professional.
The Alteration Service must be scheduled within one (1) week of the original service unless SpaPointe recommends otherwise.
All Chemical Services are guaranteed when the prescribed SpaPointe products are purchased.
Additional charges may be necessary; for example, if you received the service you desired but now wish to "add a little more color" or "take it a little shorter," etc.
All SpaPointe Products are 100% guaranteed if recommended by one of our professional technicians and returned within one (1) week of purchase.
