What is Pulmonary Rehab Phase III?

Pulmonary Rehab Phase III offers a continuum of care for individuals who have completed Pulmonary Rehab Phase II and wish to continue a structured exercise program.

The program offers:

  • Supervision by Certified Respiratory Therapists
  • Individualized exercise program based on baseline pulmonary assessments
  • Supervised cardiovascular and strength exercise
  • Regular pulmonary assessments 
  • Communication with individual’s pulmonologist

This program is for graduates of a Pulmonary Rehab Phase II program or people with medical clearance from a pulmonologist and approved by a member of the Powers Health Respiratory Therapy team.

  • Exercise oversight by a credentialed respiratory therapist
  • Communication with a pulmonologist: Exercise program and assessments delivered to each patient’s pulmonologist
  • Structured sessions tailored to each participant’s fitness level and lung health
  • Supportive, non-intimidating and friendly environment designed to help patients succeed
