Our Facility

Our medically based health facility offers a variety of fitness programs and services guided by the expertise of our credentialed staff to support you from illness to wellness. We have what you are looking for, including full-service memberships, personal training, land and water group classes, physical therapy and rehabilitation and a full-service hair studio and spa.  

Hours of Operation

Monday-Friday: 5 am-10 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 6 am-6 pm

Holiday Hours of Operation

(New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve)
Weekday Holidays: 5 am-12 pm
Weekend Holidays: 6 am-12 pm
Please Note: Fitness Pointe is CLOSED on Christmas Day
